Q: Do you do customs?
A: Yes! I accept commissions, typically for $10 extra per item, but it all depends on what you want! Send me a DM on Instagram (@mystic.blaze) and we will get started!
Q: How long will my order take?
A: I will usually pack an order the day/day after it is placed, and then to the post office! Standard shopping is 3-5 business days, so please allow 2 weeks for everything to process before we worry! Every order comes with tracking, so if theres any conflict we will know.
Q: Are the products fireproof?
A: The materials used for the dab tools are heat safe. The tool is stainless steel, the wire is aluminum, and all of the outer beads are glass. Nothing should melt or burn (prevent overexpose!) but please use caution during your craft! I'm here to make sure you DON'T get burnt! ;)
Q: Are the crystals used real?
A: Short answer, I don't know! I currently buy all my beads at Michaels, people say they are a somewhat reliable source for low grade crystals. BUT I do not advertise the beads as authentic, because I'm not sure! Until I find a reliable supplier, I am not going to price or promote my products as genuine crystal pieces.
Q: Do you include freebies in orders?
A: Yes! Each order is sent with a thank you note, stickers, incense, and crystals! As you place more orders, they will slowly come with more little things and you'll eventually get free clips/tools! I appreciate you shopping with me and I want you to feel the love! <3
Q: Is shipping discreet?
A: It depends on your definition! I send all orders in 5x8 bubble enveloping with my legal name (Cassidy) and the return address. Your name and address is written in sharpie on the envelope, and then the post office prints the tracking label for the package! Everything is bubble wrapped inside of the order. It looks like you got a package from a pen pal! <3
